\n\t\t\t\t\tFounded in the 1930s by Vito (\u201cBunky\u201d) and Ninfa Capadona, Bunky\u2019s was one\"capadona_sm\"<\/a> of the first Italian restaurants in Madison. It was originally located on the corner of Park and Regent Streets in the city\u2019s Italian-American Greenbush neighborhood. (Bunky\u2019s was one of three restaurants that made up \u201cSpaghetti Corner.\u201d) Through the late 1960s Bunky\u2019s was the place to go for a plate of spaghetti and meatballs, and later one of the first Madison restaurants to serve pizza.
\nIn the late 1970s the original Bunky\u2019s was torn down and replaced with Pino\u2019s Restaurant and Bunky\u2019s Nightclub. Bunky\u2019s became the hot spot to see live music. The Bunky\u2019s legacy was resurrected in 2004 by Vito and Ninfa\u2019s great-granddaughter, Teresa Pullara, and her husband, Rachid Ouabel, who have combined the flavors of Italian and Mediterranean cuisine at their new location on Atwood Avenue.<\/p>\n

With a ten year plan in mind, and surpassing it by three additional years.  We decided to change our focus in April 2016.  We are hosting private events in our Bunky’s space or yours!  We are also catering at over 20 exclusive venues<\/a> in Madison.<\/p>\n

We are also concentrating on our booming wholesale business!  We are currently in over 20 locations in the Madison area<\/a>.  We are continually adding more of your favorite Bunky’s products.  Please look for our Hummus-Baba Ghanouj-Falafel-Grape leaves.  We currently added our famous Lentil soup and Moroccan Lentil along with  Homemade Baklava.<\/p>\n
